    Tips on breaking bad habits

Breaking a bad habit is a little like breaking up with a spouse with whom you have serious differences but also have a child: The old habit will always be part of your life. So you need to find ways to cope.
Though studies have shown ingrained habits can't be completely unlearned, training the mind to control ingrained behavior is within our reach. Unquestionably, efficiency is a virtue that is highly valued in our culture. Yet if we are not careful, we end up destroying our serenity (and risking our sobriety) by sacrificing on the altar of efficiency the things in life that are truly most important.

    Are You an Adrenalin Junkie?
