The program offers a free method to regain and maintain mental health. Our members include people diagnosed with mood disorders; psychotic disorders including schizophrenia; anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders; and personality disorders. Our members also include people who have not been diagnosed, but who are having difficulty dealing with the problems of everyday life.
