The "Tools" in this "Toolbox" have been organized for your convenience into different classifications. Sort of like going into a library and looking up information by either the author, title or the subject. The category Problems to Change offers tools for specific problems you want to change or fix. The Stages of Change area is based on the idea that you need different tools at different times in the change process.
And the Cornerstones of Change section is based on the idea that tools for changing behavior can be arranged according to the "Pyramid for Change" - the idea that environment, neurochemistry, feelings-moods, behavior, and thinking all interact with each other.
